What the files can hold
Include a header row. Gravy works out what each file is and matches its columns by name, in any order. You can correct both on the preview.
- Customers and vehicles: name (or first and last), company, phones, email, address, notes, vehicle (or year, make, model), VIN, plate, mileage, customer ID.
- Repair orders: RO number, date, customer, vehicle, total, tax, balance due, description.
- Line items: RO number, type (labor, part, fee, sublet), description, part number, quantity, unit price, hours, rate, cost, line total.
- Payments: RO number, date, amount, method. Declined work: description, price, RO number or customer and vehicle. Appointments: date, time, customer, vehicle, service.
A one-file export with a date and amount on each row works too. Download a template →
