Offline keep-working
A WiFi or internet outage does not stop the shop. The field app keeps loading from the last saved copy on the device, and every change a tech makes queues on that device and syncs itself the moment the connection is back. Nothing is lost.
1. The app keeps loading
A service worker caches the field app shell, so opening the field app works with no signal. It shows the last data pulled from the shop.
2. Changes queue safely
New inspections, stage changes and notes are written to the device and added to an outbox. A banner tells the tech the work is offline and will sync when they reconnect.
3. It syncs on its own
When the connection returns the outbox flushes to the server automatically (also every 30 seconds and on demand). Confirmed items clear from the queue.
