Brooks Motor Works opened on Maple Avenue in 2009 with one idea: treat people the way you would want your own family treated at a repair shop. 17 years later, that is still the whole business plan.

Sam Brooks grew up handing his father wrenches in this building. He took it over, kept the good technicians, and added the one thing the old shop never had: a way to show customers what their car needed instead of asking them to trust a phone call.
Today every car that comes in gets a photographed digital inspection. You see the worn pad, the leaking gasket, the tire down to the wear bars, on your phone, before anyone quotes you a price. If it does not need doing, we tell you that too.
