Everything Brooks Motor Works's platform does, click any of it

The shop's own multi-page site, built from its real brand and run by the same system as everything below.

Capacity-aware: customers only see days and times you can actually take, with an optional deposit to hold the spot.

Customers pick a service and get a real ballpark price on your site, before they call.

Answers hours, "is my car ready" and ballpark prices from your live data, 24/7.

Color-coded, photo per line, price-locked, with plain-language "what if you wait." Try approving the work.

The same inspection, one tap into full Español. Underserved, defensible.

The customer owns their full service history: print it, add their own records from anywhere, and share a verified, personal-info-stripped history with a buyer when they sell. A Carfax-lite they control.

Prepaid maintenance plans that lock in loyalty.

A free 12-month forecast of what the car will need, with honest price ranges.

Real reviews, framed to build trust.

Asks every customer at the right moment; routes to Google. Replaces Podium/Birdeye.

A public page whose numbers (review average, fixed-right-first-time rate, turnaround, warranty) are computed live from real records, not marketing claims. Shareable and feeds AI search.

Every booking, inspection, member, review and follow-up in one place. Now with ARO, gross profit and effective labor rate.

Parts lookup with auto-markup pricing, parts/labor lines with cost + margin, canned jobs, photos, VIN decode, and an AI concern helper.

Assign jobs to techs, move them across stages, clock time against each job.

The week ahead with daily capacity, so you never overbook a bay.

Drag each day's appointments onto the tech who will run them, per bay.

The day's repair orders, tax collected, payments and gross profit, printable.

Every invoice as a frozen record, with totals, gross profit, paid status and QuickBooks export.

Preset services that drop priced parts/labor lines into an estimate in seconds.

Track stock on the shelf with reorder points and low-stock alerts.

Every customer with vehicles, visit count, lifetime value and open recommended work.

Bring customers and past visits from your old system by CSV, with a preview before anything is saved.

Take everything with you any time, as clean CSV. No lock-in, ever, your data is yours.

Per-tech jobs, clocked vs billed hours, efficiency %, labor revenue and gross profit, with a payroll timesheet export.

Your own book time per job type, who is fast or slow, and a rust/seized upcharge flag when a category starts running long. Built from your time clock, not a national guide.

Every dollar a customer declined, kept with its photo and price, with a one-tap re-approve link they can use anytime.

Comeback rate by technician and job type, the truest quality metric, and one no other platform shows.

What you are actually owed, A/R aging, and your true net per repair order after card fees. The "busy but broke" fix.

A rolling 13-week cash runway built from your open repair orders, unpaid invoices and upcoming bookings against your recurring costs. Flags any week you would run short, weeks ahead.

Track core charges before they expire, chase missing vendor credits, and catch parts sold under your matrix.

Approved work that quietly gives away margin: labor under your posted rate and parts under your matrix, ranked by advisor, with an AI weekly read.

A worklist of every core, wrong part and defective warranty part that has to go back, sorted by the return window that closes first, so credit comes home before the deadline.

Compares each tech's flat-rate pay to hours clocked and flags minimum-wage / overtime true-ups before payroll runs.

A plain, always-on list of what needs an advisor now: aging approvals, stuck jobs, unassigned work, slipping promises, late parts.

Turns rough tech notes into clear customer-ready recommendations, and suggests likely causes from a symptom or code.

Publish FAQ and service structured data so ChatGPT and Google AI can find and recommend the shop.

An accountability trail of approvals, payments, settings changes, imports and parts received.

A mostly-automatic local blog: Gravy drips a fresh article for you to review and publish (or auto-publish), sources a cover image, and feeds Google and AI search.

Describe a job in plain English and get a full itemized estimate: labor operations with book hours plus the parts needed, priced from your labor rate and parts matrix. Edit and make it a repair order.

When a tech finds extra work mid-repair, the customer re-authorizes the added work with a one-tap, timestamped approval, so the bill never exceeds the estimate without written consent. Nobody else makes this the honest default.

Define hazmat / waste and tire disposal fees, keep them consistent, and scan approved repair orders for any missing an expected fee. California BAR itemization warnings built in.

Attach a new-part photo beside the before shot on each repair line, and track old parts the customer wants back. Shows the customer the job was really done.

Explains the "pay just to look at it" fee on the customer inspection page, with an optional credit on the invoice when they approve the repair.

A Low / typical / High price band for each service from your own approved history, so an advisor can answer "is this fair?" on the spot and the customer sees a recommended price is in line with what you normally charge.

For tire/repair shops: an off-season tire storage hotel tracked by bin with a seasonal-swap reminder, road-hazard warranties you can issue and look up by phone or vehicle, and a DOT-date tire-age check. Fitment and TPMS data need a licensed feed (out of scope for v1).

For classic and restoration shops: milestone draws against a deposit, a photo build log the customer follows on a private link, parts-on-order with ETAs, and time & materials accrual. Drafts a warm progress update with AI.

A timed diagnostic worksheet that pushes billable diag time onto the RO, feeding a searchable fix library from your own repairs.

Assemble denial-proof extended-warranty packets, track claims with SLA timers, and AI-draft appeals.
